The proposed development scheme at Rozelle provides for the delivery of 199 residential dwellings, 1,777m2 of retail space and 348m2 of three work/live lofts across three buildings, with basement parking provision for 250 vehicles. The elevated nature of the site is expected to provide residential apartments on the upper floors with views over Iron Cove, Callan Park, surrounding suburbs and the Sydney CBD. The Project is currenlty targeting to achieve a 5-star Green rating.
